Biennale Tecnologia is a major event that explores the diverse aspects of technology, a human-created tool that significantly impacts everyone's life.
Biennale Tecnologia is a wide-ranging event that offers to the citizenry an articulated, inclusive and accessible discussion on the increasingly relevant relationship between technology and society, drawing from the latest technological innovations while honouring the deep roots of Italy’s technological heritage, with the hope that the great achievements of past and present will inspire generations to come.
The discussions focus on the environmental, ethical, social, economic and geopolitical implications of major technological issues, including artificial intelligence, energy, transports and telecommunications. More generally, the question is: “How do we manage technology in the community’s interest?”.
The program includes lessons, debates, workshops and exhibits featuring international guests, with a strongly interdisciplinary approach, enriched by the languages of fiction, cinema, music and figurative arts.
